Juniors Christmas Ice Skating Event 16 December

Time to swap those spinning kicks for sitting spins and grab something covered in sequins!  This years JSTKD Juniors Christmas Event sees us heading down to Ice Arena Wales where juniors from 6 years upwards can take to the ice and have fun – and so can their parents!   You can leave your children with us while you take a few hours for yourself – Christmas shopping, catching up with friends or just relaxing over a coffee.  Just think of it as our Christmas present to you 🙂

To confirm your place, we will need need your booking form and payment . It’s a first come first served basis so get your skates on!  We will be making our annual JSTKD presentations over lunch.  For those of you haven’t been part of this before, this is where we recognise some of our awesome students for their efforts over the past year.   Categories include Colour Belt of the Year and Black Belt of the Year and we also say thanks to others who have made a contribution to our school in other ways.  Everyone is welcome to watch the proceedings as long as you remember to bring your best hand-clapping and cheering skills with you!

If any adults would like to skate alongside the juniors, we do currently have some spaces so just complete the booking form too.  You don’t have to answer the ‘age’ question but please state ‘adult’ just for clarification.

Here’s a recap of the details:

Additional Info:       Penguin skating aids can be hired at the venue for an additional £5 (1 hour) or £3 (half an hour).  If you’re not familiar, these are (unsurprisingly) penguin shaped figures that you can use to get your balance, so great if you’ve never taken to the ice before or if you’re feeling a bit wobbly!
