Saturday 5th December 2015 from 10.00 – 12.00 at Penarth Leisure Centre

15 min before grading
Please Complete Form and return to your Instructor with your TAGB Licence and £15 Graduation Fee; No later than SEVEN days prior to the Graduation
Note: Only Students with fully paid up Training Fees will be allowed to take the Graduation
