So at the present moment most of you guys have shown me great support & I can’t thank you enough 🙂
The ones that have had to cancel due to the situation please don’t worry as this is worrying times & we are all feeling the strain
OUR ONLINE CLASSES & RESOURCES
For the past weeks I have been working, filming & just creating lesson plans for you & your children. Every week I will be sending out the plan via our mailing list & it will be on the website plus recourses on the FB page
I will also be sending you links to our Youtube channel & Website for our small videos which will explain our skills such as line work , pad drills etc…

Later this week I hope to be contacting all of you via email with a link to you or your child’s profile, This will be the same training plan as per mailing list,email but its interactive with me (The Coach 🙂 ) & we will work together on completing the training (with the help of mum , dad or guardian)

|Jstkd Warm up||Jogging on spot Jumping x 5 spin x 5 each direction|
|Knee raises right & left 10 each leg|
|In a Guard stance Jump change stances x 10|
|3 x Press ups|
|3 x Sit ups|
|3 x Squats|
|Strectch||Jstkd # 2|
|Hands on Hips & Feet shulder width Neck rotations – Forward , back , Circles|
|Shoulder, Arm work –|
|Arms froward in circles x 10|
|Backwards x 10|
|Swing arms to each side x 10|
|Widen legs stretch forwad , to the left & the right leg (hold each strectch for 5-6 seconds|
|Turn to right , bend knee & stretch (back foot to side position)|
|Repeat on the left side|
|Then face front & stretch wider with box split stretch||d|
|Hold each stretch for 5-10 seconds|
|Traditional||This week lets focus on the line work per grade follow the clip on our youtube channel any more info I can send it to you privately|

|Techiques||Our skills this week are working on wall kicks & free kicking in lines|

Our first online fitness class ZOOM
So with all using Zoom I feel this could perhaps crash at some point 🙁 Thats why I’m trying to set up the online profiles BUT until then we starting a fitness class next Saturday 10am I will be posting on FB this week plus send out all info via the mailing list.
The Password etc… You will have to download Zoom though to join us App on phone or Zoom on Pc , mac etc..
SO IN THIS TIME IF WE ARE LEARNING ANYTHING, ITS TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA PLUS OTHER SOFTWARES SUCH AS ZOOM , YOUTUBE PLUS MANY MORE… well done parents & students alike 🙂
